Gut:
zwei Bäder in der Wohnung.
Weniger gut
waren folgende Sache:
Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck, für mehr als 4 Personen nicht geeignet. zu wenig.
Wasserdruck im ersten Bad zu gering.
Dachwohnung nicht vergleichbar mit der Erdgeschoßwohnung, daher sollte der Mietpreis der Dachwohnung weniger sein.
Bessere Kommunikation zwischen den Parteien, kein Deutsch, wenig Englisch.
