    Very close to the airport and a metro station. Lovely staff- specially the security staff and the room was very comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Kolkata. Thanks

    I am extremely disappointed with the room service during my stay. I repeatedly called Room Service and the Reception requesting drinking water for my room. Despite several reminders, no one responded or delivered the water. After waiting for more than one hour, I had no option but to leave the hotel and purchase drinking water myself. It is very disappointing that such a basic and essential service could not be provided. What is even more concerning is that no staff member apologized or showed any concern for the inconvenience caused. I expect better service standards from your hotel. I request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken to ensure that future guests do not experience the same level of negligence.
