Private office with wireless network throughout home. Master bedroom with king bed, separate accessible shower and tub, huge walk-in closet, 2nd private bedroom with queen bed and private walk-in shower and toilet, 3rd bedroom with queen bed, and 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds with shared bath. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. Bonus room with 55" TV and fold flat comfortable sleep couch which opens to the seating area in the front patio. Washer, dryer and a 3-car garage. Queen-sized air mattress also available for extra guests.

We have stayed here I think at least 8 years in a row. We love the house and the pool area you cannot get anything better. The house is stocked great and living area is awesome. We love the golf, and we plan to keep booking every year if the house will have us.Hunt Gang

This is our third time staying here in Goodyear and the experience was just as great this time as the first two times. Good communication and ease of everything. Very clean, comfortable, and easy to relax here. Thank you for hosting us again and we plan on being back!

I think this is the 4th time we have stayed here and it is the best house. Pool is awesome locations is great. House has everything you need. We will be back next year as well.
