About this house rental
Casa de Sueños Tropicales is a two unit house that sits in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the main street shops, restaurants and the beach. When you first arrive you open the property door to a spacious sunny yard with a turquoise pool and lounge chairs surrounded by colorful flowers and green tropical plants.
When entering the Ground Floor Flat you will enjoy the traditional Mexican decor with 11 foot ceilings and the natural light from the many large windows. The very spacious living room kitchen area includes vibrant Mexican tile counters, traditional furniture, a 55” TV, and beautiful local art work. The back half of the house includes two air-conditioned bedrooms each with a queen size bed and each with their own private full bathroom decorated with aqua or green tiles. Doors exiting the bedrooms lead you to a private backyard sitting area with chairs, a table, and two hammocks where you can relax with a drink.
A flight of stairs on the right side of the property takes you to the Second Floor Flat. In the front of this flat is a private balcony viewing the pool area, a large field that leads to the ocean and the scenic neighborhood. This unit also features 11 ft ceilings, a large kitchen and living space with traditional furniture, local artwork and a 55’’ TV. Each bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. The back bedroom windows open to a beautiful breeze and the gorgeous views of the San Pancho landscape.

Peaceful area much quieter than downtown. Just right for 2 seniors who don't do stairs. Loved the house comfortable furnishings and good amount of space. Coming back in a few months.

We loved our oasis! Quiet day and night… except for the roosters. Then a short walk to all the sights and sounds of a small town! We enjoyed many great meals, awesome sunsets, great market and birdwatching.

We’ll love to come back except that your
Property management team, although very nice made empty promises. We could not use the Wifi on the property not because of the area’s poor connections but possibly theb provider - Telemex somehow placed some firewall on our router. Diego/Gabriela kept telling us that a technician coming and fixing but didn’t happen for our entire stay. Also no cleaning came even we were told it would come once during our stay. Fortunately, only 2 of us stayed and we used the extra bedroom and towels and we did not cook so not too much garbage.
Very well stocked and big kitchen for someone cooking daily and huge dining and living area for a big party, although unable to watch anything due to no Wifi.
With these 2 issues improved, we’ll definitely come back and recommend others. Thank you so much
