Great location and breakfast
Extremely loud as you can literally hear everything from the street. No warm water either.

The location. It’s right next to everything. Walking distance.
Staff is nice. They are trying but no one speaks English. Martin was very sweet. The people at the dining room super sweet!
No one speaks English. We were on the 3rd floor, and the noise from the cars outside felt like we were sleeping on the road. No isolation in the windows/ walls. There aren’t hot water in the shower, they are luk warm. I thought the upgrade for the balcony is the one with the jacuzzi out. Instead it’s an empty balcony with no chairs facing the road. Not worth it.

Friendly team, 10 min away from Centro Histórico
The Hotel is in between two highly frequented roads, so it's really noisy in the rooms, especially in the morning around 600 and evening around 2000. The "Disco-Bar" is a lesser problem if you have a room facing Ca 25.
