    Hotel is in an excellent location beside Nagoya Station which serve many lines for trains, Shinkansen and subway. However, the hotel and rooms is old and dated. Cleanliness is not fantastic as some of the rooms has mold. Staff is professional and accommodating and always going the extra mile. Overall, to stay in this hotel with the price you pay is not justifiable but if you want location based, this is perfect for 1-2 nights only.

    Excellent Hotel with Excellent service. Easy access to Ghibli Studio Aichi by Meitetsu Bus, and near Nagoya Station.

    The room is so dated that I don’t think it has ever been refurbished. The carpet looks very tired, and the furniture is chipped. I wanted to check out as soon as I got into the room. The edge of the sink is completely black, and there was a "hair" on the bathroom floor. I was told by the Front Office that the last entry for breakfast is 9:30am and that breakfast closes at 10am. However, when we arrived at 9:28am, we were told that the food counter would close at 9:30am, even though the breakfast room would remain open until 10am. The room key didn’t work, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room. I had to go up and down to the Front Office twice to get things fixed. Their Front Office and coffee shop staff really need training. The location is excellent, though. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel.
