Beautiful location. I was able to bring my bicycle inside my apartment. Kitchen had everything I needed to make a meal.

The flat is amazing with views to the mountain and very spacious. There is free transport at the door step which took us to Grau Roig and back every day - 5 min away. Overall great place to stay for a great ski experience. Also, the building has a rental shop on the ground which was very handy.

Mattresses on beds are not the best if you have back problems.

Super close to Grau Ski Center, the hotel offers a free shuttle as well. The apartment is fully equipped and surprisingly big and comfortable.

Poor instructions to access the property, even after we called 3 times for help. First of all, the confirmation email must explain how far the rooms are from the reception desk and what is the safe road downhill - especially when the provided adress takes us downhill and away from the highway where the reception desk is located. With extreme weather conditions, as we were asked to come to the reception without proper warning of the routes uphill, the car was stuck on the slope with great risks of sliding backwards in the dark. A tow truck was required to pull the car uphill. This inconvenience costed us 3 hours in the evening, 1 hour the next day, and most importantly our mental peace. It is crucial that these safety instructions are given to customers.
