The staff, location, villa
The pool was freezing, didn’t get to use it once, even though the weather was fantastic, staff were perfect except for when we checked out, making us wait like we were criminals while they checked the villa. Security wouldn’t let our taxi leave. Then they tried to give us a gift as they were embarrassed which I politely declined. Such a shame as we had a fantastic 2 weeks there, with the last 15 mins putting a dampener on things

The villas are poorly equipped with kitchen items. Poor quality hairdryer and iron / ironing board. Kitchen has limited stock - only 2 coffee cups - nil wine glasses, limited plates. Compared to other villas very limited in items.

Breakfast was inadequate. we were not offered the breads and pastries and fruit as seen on the menu and given to other guests at breakfast. breakfast took too long to wait for also
The furniture was outdated and worn.
