La terraza y su univocación así como el espacio del apartamento. El dueño nos dejó entrar antes de la hora, lo que fue muy bueno para empezar a organizarnos

Hay ciertas cosas que deberían mejorar en las instalaciones: no necesitamos pero el aire acondicionado no se encendía, el WC perdía agua y tuvimos que cerrar la llave, el grifo del baño se soltó por la presión del agua. Son pequeñas cosas a que el propietario tenga en cuenta para el futuro, ya que e apartamento está muy bien.
