聯絡迅速，價格實惠，騎樓有停車位，旅館有電梯。
房間和浴室漂亮整潔(這間有兩張雙人床)。Wi-fi和電視等設施一應俱全，這次去有洗髮精和沐浴乳可使用。
離海邊很近，適合愛海的人(但這次行程沒有時間去海邊，殘念~)。
住宿離花蓮火車站較遠，已經快到吉安了(再跨過門口的吉安溪應該就屬於吉安了)。
建議租車前往，但是夜晚較市區安靜，也算是加分。

硬體設備吧。
有問過冷氣為什麼有兩台（目測一台新一台舊）民宿回覆說冷氣其中一台維修中，但是開新的冷氣房間也冷不起來。再來是床，一張偏軟，另一張超硬，小孩都想睡偏軟的那張。結果睡得沒有很舒服。
