Very clean apartment, easy check-in, check-out, a lot of space, excellent location.
The water pressure is weak in the shower.

The location is perfectly placed, just out of the main centre of activity but within a 5 min walk and you are in the thick of it. Roadside parking on a first come first served basis, but generally managed to get a space. Washing machine and tumble drier, fridge and microwave! Massive value for money!
Need to update the linen, towels, pillows, crockery, etc. The shower is SHOCKING!!!! Just need to invest in an inline pump, which any plumber will happily fit. Please get some WD40 and spray the creaking / squeaking door handles. Very easy solution.

The apartment is well maintained and clean . Seaside is just near by you can walk anytime you want its crystal clear.Restaurant is not a problem plenty to choose from even Mc Donald is available around the corner.Wifi is great . Plus washing machine is a bonus!
Television not working, Water in the shower is a bit slow.

El lugar tiene una ubicación privilegiada para quien tiene actividades en San Julián, todo queda accesible a pie. El transporte a casi cualquier lado de la isla pasa a 2 cuadras.
La recepción fue de pesadilla. Necesité ayuda para acceder y no contestaron las llamadas. En plena tormenta tuve que encontrar un hotel para pasar la noche. No me reconocieron el costo del hotel, ni de la noche no usada, y para colmo me dijeron que era mi culpa. El agua no es potable pero tampoco tiene filtro. El agua caliente tiene muy poca presión.
