Peaceful flat in the countryside

A peaceful, spotless, and airy flat. It was lovely being able to sit in the owners’ summerhouse with a cup of tea, listening to the birds. The red wall in the photos is now a calming shade of blue. I hope to return!

The property consists of an annexe above some garages that are connected to the owners home. We were afforded complete privacy for the whole of our stay which was perfect. The view over the gardens is splendid and there was even a little summer cabin with two chairs and a table to sit out on.

The water pressure from the electric shower in the bathroom was poor, and the bathroom radiator needs bleeding as it gave out no heat and it was a little cold in the bathroom when exiting the shower. The shower issue could do with addressing (maybe tapping into the boiler supply and fitting a mixer tap in the shower could be an option instead of a new electric shower). Aside from these two issues everything else was perfect.

Fantastic apartment

Comfortable and warm. Welcome pack of fresh bread and milk. Because of the time of year, there was even a Christmas tree; a lovely touch.

Großartiges Apartment in einer wohlhabenden ruhigen Gegend. Es war sehr komfortabel. Gut ausgestattet. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, was dort auch benötigt wird. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück.
