Apartament z ogródkiem,możliwość zabrania czworonoga, czysty, dobrze wyposażony w spokojnej okolicy zadala od zgiełku, blisko na Durbaszkę i do wąwozu Homole.
Jedyny minus do poprawy to bardzo słaby odpływ pod prysznicem, trzeba było brodzić jak w Grajcarku. Miejsca parkingowe ciasne i bez obycia za kierownicą kłopotliwe, ten Apartament miał na szczęście najlepsze miejsce parkingowe

Pod prysznicem brakuje półeczki na kosmetyki. Pod oknami była brama,która non stop się samoczynnie otwierała i zamykała
