Unusual but nice

Quirky spotless accommodation, lovely breakfast, garden area to relax and walkable to town (20 minutes).

A fridge would have been nice.

we may well be back in the not too distant future

Breakfasts were excellent - more than we could have wished for The overall character of the accommodation produced a unique atmosphere: traditional granite-built house, surrounded by small fields, winding lanes; but within an easy walking distance of a delightful bay and the centre of Roscoff.

The only negative - which we accept was not within the proprietor's control, was that on our arrival at almost the exact estimated time, there was nobody to meet us. We became increasingly anxious but were helped by a lovely local couple. It transpired that the husband and wife proprietors had unavoidably delayed during a visit to their invalided son in hospital.

Great rural location with interesting decor and big breakfasts!

The location is outside of Roscoff but not too far away with a nice rural feel: Breton horses in the fields, onion, asparagus, and lettuce farming. You can walk the farm lanes and enjoy the ambience. The house is a veritable antique museum with a lot of large Chinese pieces as well as old photos, prints, and furniture. The breakfast was typical continental European but with copious offerings - you won't go hungry!

They don't have wifi, which was fine for the short time we were there. However, everything else was really excellent.

everything about the place was incredible, the hosts were very friendly. The breakfast was varied and good and more than enough.

Didn’t feel welcome

The room was comfortable and attractive but perhaps too many ornaments for a traveller

There was no one to meet us on arrival and it was only in desperation I thought to phone which was an expensive call. We were left with only brief instructions on locks and my husband accidentally worked it out. Breakfast was ordinary

Charming, welcoming, loved it.

The whole atmosphere of the place was utterly charming. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and full of variety. Hostess was really welcoming. Great seaside walks within 2 minutes by car. Would be glad to repeat stay at any time.. Would enjoy a repeat visit

Un endroit plein de charme

Tout était parfait: L'accueil de nos hôtes La chambre remplie de charme, à l'image de toute la maison. Le petit déjeuner,bon,copieux et varié. On a passé 2 nuits dans un cadre raffiné et rempli de beaux objets. Nous recommandons vivement cette étape.
