Property was clean and had a beautiful sea view and was very close to the beach

The biggest issue was the extreme nighttime noise. On several nights, loud music from the nearby beach clubs continued until around 4 a.m. and could be clearly heard inside the villa, making it extremely difficult to sleep. For a property presented as suitable for a family stay, this was very disappointing. The noise was also significant during the day. There are three different beach clubs nearby, each playing its own music, so from the terrace we could hear three different types of music at the same time. This made it difficult to relax or even have a normal conversation without constant noise in the background. Considering the property is called “Luxury Sea House Villa,” we have a different understanding of luxury. It is a decent and pleasant accommodation, but we would not consider the overall experience luxury. In such a noisy location, we would expect accommodation positioned as luxury to have properly sealed, sound-insulating windows, allowing guests to at least enjoy peace inside the property. The location may suit guests specifically looking for the Mykonos beach-club and party atmosphere yet not for family holiday
