House was clean, fully stocked with more than what we needed, and was decorated like a model home when we first arrived. Beautiful, comfortable home with enough rooms for my party of 8. Instructions for check in and check out were easy. Community was nice. Nothing but positives here! If ever I’m in Florida again, I’m hoping I can find and book this house for another stay :)

Check-in took half an hour at the gate. House was dirty/dusty with Kitchen had 8 spoons for a house that sleeps 14. No washcloths in bathrooms, they were in closet labeled fire extinguisher. Pool never did heat to swim in it and it was filthy with dirt and algae. Spent lots of time on vacation emailing management team to address issues, they listened and tried to correct things with little results achieved. I hope the owner gets in tune with issues before losing all potential renters. Home was definitely lived in. It had a lot of potential. Lots of space for large families. Close to Disney parks.
