Close facilities to the centre

We were told to check-in before 5pm. But there was nobody at the reception and had to go to different hotel for registration. No apology, just cold approach from the receptionist. Parking charge an extra on muddy / grassy area is a joke.

Perfect location, nice breakfast, but room is just for sleeping with low expectations

Location was perfect. It is close to everything that matters: beach, amusement park, Spar, walking area with shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel provided breakfast in another nearby hotel. That was also very nice. Parking opportunity was also fair. The room was clean too. Sunbeds and umbrella were included on the beach!

The room was very tiny. The furniture and everything in the hotel was just outdated or even junk. Although the room and corridor looked clean, we did not really feel comfort. It was rather a timemachine shooting us back into the '80s. A renovation is needed very much. All together if there is any chance that the weather will not be perfect during your stay and you have to spend time in the room, you'd better choose another accommodation. For case of bad weather my rating would unlikely exceed 5*.

The accommodation was overall very good and comfortable.

We have been coming here for several years, it is a great place and very close to everything. The beach, restaurants, and activities are all within walking distance. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and having a separate room makes it ideal for families with small children. The private enclosed parking is especially convenient, with plenty of space for cars, and that is one of the main reasons we keep choosing this place.

Until now, the buffet breakfast was served in the hotel lobby, but this year it changed, and we had to walk with small children to another hotel for breakfast each morning. This was a bit inconvenient, although the selection was plentiful. Parking used to be included in the price, but now we had to pay an additional 7 euros per day, and we did not receive any notification about this after making the reservation.

Great breakfast and service, hotel desperately needs renovation

Very nice and quiet area. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. There's a paid parking lot directly behind the hotel and there are shades over the parking spots. The beach umbrella was included in the price which was very nice. Breakfast was served in another hotel nearby which was weird but other than that it was great. Very generous selection, eggs, bacon, ham but also fruits and vegetables and sweet cakes and such. Very pleasant surprise.

The hotel is ancient, probably built in the 70s and left like that with minor upgrades. It smells old, looks old and feels old. The ceiling paint was falling off and the bathroom needs serious renovation. This doesn't particularly bother us but it should be noted.

Superb

This hotel has very good, family vibes, stuff was very helpful, room was very clean. Location is near to the beach and center of the Bibione, but in the street where you can´t hear loud noises from outside. Breakfast were delicious every morning, there was a lot to choose from.

Great location, convenient stay.

The hotel is located conveniently in the city centre, it is a comfortable walking distance from the beach. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, which are included in the price, which is excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive, although English is not a strong side of the personnel in Bibione in general, they can speak good German and even in English, you will get by. The gentleman from the reception is also a bartender and is very kind and welcoming. We liked the breakfast, there was a decent choice of salty and sweet food. Parking place was large, safe and covered from the sun.

It would be great if they could include some vegetables and fruit at the breakfast and also sometimes change the selection of food.

Location, price, size of the room, large free parking place. Private sunbed on beach. Perfect breakfast for ones who like sweets. Clean room, friendly atmosphere. Quite location. Nearby supermarket.

Schlimmste Hotel aller Zeiten

Die Putzfrau war sehr freundlich.

Eines der schlimmsten Hotels die ich bezogen habe! Also 3 Sterne sind für dieses hotel nicht rechtens! Unhygienisch, voller Bettwanzen, veraltete Zimmer wie aus dem Sperrmüll kein Service vor Ort einfach nur zu beschämen dafür Geld zu verlangen. Würden wir in Deutschland sowas vermieten würde jeder uns belächeln! Nie im Leben wieder dann lieber im Auto schlafen. ( ein fluchtweg wurde zum Zimmer umgebaut mit stahltür... nirgendwo abgebildet! Zwei von drei gebuchten Zimmer hatten keinen Kühlschrank. Vom Hausmeister haben wir erfahren, dass der Inhaber diese ausbauchen lies, da die Kühlschränke über Sommer zu viel Strom ziehen. Wir konnten keine Getränke kühlen und das im Hochsommer. An unserem Abreisetag wurden dann Kühlschränke wieder eingebaut, gebrauchte wohlgemerkt. Der Inhaber investiert kein Cent in das Hotel, stattdessen will er nur selbst viel einstecken. Ich rate jedem ab dieses hotel zu besuchen.

Das Hotel gehört jetzt einem anderen , Frühstück nicht im Hause sondern in einer Pizzaria um mehrere Ecken, Frühstück war gut , aber das Hotel ist ziemlich verlassen , alles geschlossen , keine Bar , nix mehr nur die Zimmer werden vermietet , ab 18 Uhr keine Rezeption mehr , nicht mehr meins

Besizerwechsel, irgendwie lieblos, bin im Juni angereist und Personal wusste noch nicht mal das W-LanPasswort....

Das Frühstück war auch glutenfrei möglch aber leider gab es die letzten 2 Tage kein glutenfreies Brot mehr. Das Frühstück fand in einem anderen Hotel statt ca. 5 min. entfernt. Die Lage in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone, aber trotzdem ruhig .

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und die Möbel schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Duschen steht das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser....

Einmal und nie wieder!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Nur einige Schritte bis ins Zentrum.

Bei der Ankunft (ca. gegen 19:00 Uhr) hing ein handgeschriebener Zettel an der Hoteltüre, das man in einem anderen Hotel, (ca. 5 Minuten) entfernt,einchecken muss. Das erste beim Check in war dann - es macht diesen Geldbetrag aus und es ist sofort zu bezahlen. Im Zimmer war dann ein angefragtes Babybett nicht zur Verfügung gestellt worden. Auf Rückfrage bei der Rezeptionistin, kam nur eine schnippische Antwort. Man muss 39 Euro zahlen für ein Babybett, sie haben das nicht bezahlt. (Ok, war zwar nie davon die Rede, aber ja dann will ich die 39 Euro für das Babybett zahlen) - dann wurde darauf von der Rezeptionistin reagiert mit den Worten, es geht jetzt nicht. Somit, nie ein bestelltes Babybett erhalten! Zudem musste man den Parkplatz an der Unterkunft extra zahlen! Stand auch nirgends bei Booking drinnen! Also Vorsicht vor diesem Hotel. Beim Check-in dann noch mitbekommen, das sich unzählige andere Gäste beschwerten - besonders über fehlendes Warmwasser!!!!

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, valószínűleg jövünk máskor is.

Központi helyen van, könnyen megközelíthető. Bevásárlási lehetőség a szomszédban. Kedves személyzet. Saját parkoló.

Az ellátás másik szállodában volt, viszont ezt kompenzálta a bőséges és finom választék, valamint a kedvezmény kupon. A fürdőszoba ablakán semmilyen függöny, vagy egyéb takarás nem volt, de ezt egy törölközővel megoldottuk.

Le camere sono estremamente datate, alcuni bagni sono oggettivamente vergognosi. Al nostro arrivo lo staff non ha brillato per cordialità. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend senza acqua calda in ben 8 delle stanze prenotate (eravamo un gruppo di 16 persone). Ci era stato detto che il problema era risolto ma così non è stato. Colazione in una struttura diversa a 5 minuti a piedi dall’albergo altra triste sorpresa al risveglio il primo giorno!! La valutazione letta in fase di prenotazione è assai lontana da altre strutture con la medesima valutazione

la posizione , la colazione servita da un' altra struttura ricettiva nelle vicinanze era ottima e qualitativamente eccellente

non mi è piaciuto la totale assenza di acqua calda e tutto il soggiorno...(2 notti) problema lamentato anche da altre stanze....il bagno è piccolissimo tant'è che se si è in coppia non si può ottimizzare i tempi perché la doccia è praticamente a ridosso del wc e neanche chiusa da un box....il letto era piuttosto scomodo e il cuscini di scarsa qualità... diciamo che le tre stelle sono sopravvalutate, il wifi non funzionava anche se era indicata la password ma diceva linea non disponibile....e dulcis in fundo se vuoi parcheggiare il mezzo nel cortile dell' albergo chiedono un sovrapprezzo di 7€ a notte....

Non funzionava l’acqua calda, stanze fredde e molto rumorose. Avevo due travi in bagno che separavano me e un’altra stanza. La donna delle pulizie passa e apre le stanze alle 9 anche se stai dormendo e fanno casino.

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal dort und auch diesmal sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist extrem bemüht und freundlich, das Frühstück ist ausreichend (auf Wunsch gibt es Omlette). Lage perfekt - sofort in der Einkaufsstraße, nur 2 Querstraßen zum Strand, Lage sehr ruhig. Da wir heuer mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern verreist sind, haben wir das Appartement gebucht - 2 separate Schlafzimmer, Küchenzeile, großer Kühlschrank und 2 Balkone. Top ist der überdachte Parkplatz

War trotz kleine Nachteile angenehm.

Personal, das Frühstück (inklusive), Kühlschrank im Doppelzimmer, Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon, Klima, bedeckter Parkplatz (inklusive). Der Strand in der Nähe.

Liegen und schirme und Abendessen erst ab der Buchung ab 3 Nächte inklusive. Aber für 15 Euro kriegt man einen Schirm, eine liege und einen Liegestuhl. Am Strand kriegt man das erst für 24€. Kein Kühlschrank im Einzelzimmer. Dusche im Einzelzimmer mit der Toilette zusammen, so dass alles nach dem duschen nass ist. Die Sicherung geht aus wenn Klima und Haartrockner an sind.
