    False advertising by Agoda on there website regarding this resort, when we arrived there was no staff at the reception we waited for a while to get checked in, no one came we had to go look for the staff to check us in, Room was OK, no housekeeping services was provided the next day, there were cockaroaches in the bathroom, in general it was tired looking. The second day at the pool we could not get the beach towel was told there are no staff to give us the beach towel, we were told to use the beach towel the first day that we used. There were no reception staff for the 2 nights that we stayed, we messaged agoda but we're told to contact the property for the inconvenience that we went through, overall I wouldn't recommend this resort , motels are in better condition than this resort. I have photos of the room and the bathroom and cockroaches running around.
