Large house for 8 to 12 people 4 bedrooms plus a large mezzanine for 2a 4 people barbecue plancha, everything to enjoy a good time with friends. about 1 km from the 1st swim
near the dune du pyla in a pleasant and quiet place on the basin, very close to the ornithological park, aqualande, King park, tree climbing, ladybug, karting without forgetting the Atlantic for all, shops. for food ...... train, bus that takes you directly to the beach, baya shuttle, bike path ....

La maison est spacieuse et facile d'accès, et le jardin est agréable. A proximité des plages et des sites touristiques du bassin, nous avons passé un très bon weekend avec
notre bande d'amis. Très bon accueil des hôtes !

Nous revenons d'un week-end dans cette charmante maison. Idéale pour groupe de 10 personnes. Nous étions 10 filles de la trentaine. Je n'ai pas pu rencontrer la propriétaire pour des raisons personnelles mais elle était charmante par message. Elle nous a envoyé l'une de ses amies, Christine. L'accueil a été plus qu'agréable, elle a su nous mettre à l'aise. La maison dispose de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un week-end ou plus (épices, café...). Il y a de quoi garer au moins 4 véhicules dans la cour fermée. Idéalement située (à 30 min de biscarosse,) à 20 min de la dune du pyla), très confortable et bien orientée. Nous sommes arrivées plus tôt que prévu pour cause d'intempéries ce qui a bouleversé nos projets et notre hôte a été très arrangeante. Je n'ai qu'un mot à ne pas louper.
