Great location. Access to a couple of bikes which was great.

Excellent location, wonderful house to enjoy and it was quiet. Wonderful outside area. I rested and had a wonderful stay. It is a great house for your pet with easy access outside and in. There were lots of condiments and the place well stocked. I only had to shop for breakfast and perishables.
The garbage bins had not been emptied and the rubbish was not secure hence I was confronted with 100,000 flies...

The amenities.
The barbecue needs an extra clean before the next booking.
It requires more places to eat out locally
The tea garden ferries timetable is never reliable the day.
Tuesday the tea gardens and the gallery is not open.

Great location, close to the beach, liked the ease of accessing beach, river, local shops and safe environment. The house was clean, maintained and spacious with a very relaxed beach house atmosphere.
Can't think of anything we didn't like.
