Well located and appointed townhouse with lovely decor and homeliness, large fridge, washing machine and dishwasher are very welcome. Nightlights are also welcome touch especially with toilet downstairs. Air conditioners in both bedrooms are very helpful. Very large bedrooms also very nice but unnecessary space that could have fit a toilet.
No toilet or bathroom on top floor with bedrooms. Had to go downstairs to toilet several times every night. Narrow stairwell with no handrail is not safe. Furniture dirty and smelly. Narrow driveway to parking caused impact with car twice.

great location across the road from the beach, clean, tidy a bit dated but comfortable.
There should be an air conditioner downstairs as it did get very hot.

Location was excellent, near the ocean & walk to shops. Agents friendly & helpful.

It was very clean but old.
The driveway was terrible. Air conditioning in the bedrooms upstairs was good but very hot downstairs. Bathroom mould in shower and the stairs were very steep and narrow.
