Vicinanza al centro e il proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile per consigli
Lascerei una coperta per chi come me ha freddo anche a luglio e aggiungerei una lavatrice magari anche in una zona comune

Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Unterkunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Tolles neues Badezimmer. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand (öffentlich sowie mit Schirm und Liegenvermietung- 10 €). Ca. 20 Gehminuten in die Stadt Vieste mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Frühstück war lecker. Es gab Kaffee, Croissants, Kuchen, Obstsalat und Saft. Bruno war ein sehr netter zuvorkommender Gastgeber und immer erreichbar.

Tout. Bruno, notre hôte était au Top ! Arrangeant, sympathique, aux petits soins. L'emplacement est au calme et 2 minutes à pied de la mer. Le parking très pratique près du logement. Bref tout bien. Si on revient dans les pouilles, on reviendra avec grand plaisir

Bon emplacement, pas très loin de la ville (2km environ?), où il n'y a de toute façon plus de foncier. Et surtout, très proche de la plage (200m). Equipement de la cuisine suffisant. Cadre agréable, terrasse couverte devant l'appartement. Hôte charmant, attentif, serviable !
Il pourrait rester un peu de sel/poivre/huile, des précédents locataires, par exemple. Un petit lave-vaisselle serait un plus.
