Excellent location, an affordable price and the roof top pool was amazing

Some finishing work in progress but nothing that detracted from the stay or caused any discomfort

The location is excellent, across the road from the beach with a short stroll to the old town. The views from the roof top pool are fabulous. The staff were very nice too. They provide a deck chair and beach umbrella along with an iron and hairdryer. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets are also provided.

One major problem is that there are no curtains in the apartment so you get woken up by the sun early in the morning though the 4 glass doors. The roof top pool is freezing. The bathroom is small especially the shower and with only one hanger for a towel. The cleaning fee is €99 which is very expensive for a studio apartment especially since you have to empty the bins and clean all the dishes in the dishwasher.

The location was amazing! The building is on Promenade des Anglais beachfront next to everything you want. 3 minutes to walk to old town full with restaurants and stores. The studio was small but enough for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped just to eat, and for cook is a little bit harder. It was clean.

There were some inconvenience: first of all the TV was broke the hole week we stayed and nobody came to fix it! They took you a huge deposit when you arrive and they didn’t release a week after we check out. I had to sent them notifications for this... The check out is so early :10 a.m and you have to walk aprox 1 km on Promenade des Anglais with trolley and bags to let the key at the agency. The AC doesn’t work!
