Hmm, obiekt zdecydowanie ma już za sobą czasy świetności. "Apartament" zdecydowanie wymaga odświeżenia (m. in. : nieprzyjemny zapach po wejściu do pomieszczenia z korytarza, fotel noszący znaczne ślady użytkowania na tapicerce oparcia, lodówka z białym nalotem w środku, pajęczyny). Dodatkowo wyposażenie kuchni raczej ubogie, bez podstawowych elementów codziennego użytkowania: brak ściereczki kuchennej, brak ręcznika papierowego, rozwodniony płyn do mycia naczyń. Na plus lokalizacja obiektu, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.

The roof for the room and bathroom is very low The bathroom door locks on children and difficult to open The curtains are not preventing any sun and they are useless There is no elevator
