The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Loved the spa and the royal treatments received at the spa.
I requested for 2 single beds but when we arrived that was not done, however the staff acted very quickly and fixed it

We spent Women’s Day weekend at Valley lodge & Spa and it was everything we needed. The property is set right on the water with beautiful views and such a peaceful atmosphere.
We stayed in a deluxe room and it was lovely — spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The highlight for us was seeing zebras walking around the property. It made the stay feel really special. The picnic set up and the Jacuzzi after the massage
The staff were friendly and looked after us really well from check-in to check-out.
Overall, it was relaxing, scenic, and such a memorable escape. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a bit of nature and comfort.

Being upgraded to the next room. It had to first cleaned and properly refreshed.
The selected room was dirty (hence the upgrade): floors, glasses, bathroom, and was infested by cockroaches.
