The place I love nature the stuff is very very friendly an welcoming
The price of food not everyone is that rich we bought oxtail thinking we can share with my partner only to found out its not enough even for 1 an the rice was not well cooked

Breakfast was so good 😇🥰 and the location was a bit far than I expected though it was a nice travel seeing all those mountains 🏔️ and waterfalls was really nice.
I was so disappointed about their geyser 😭😫💔 their water 🚿 was a bit warm but went cold 🥶 as we taking a shower 🚿 it was really not nice to bath with cold water 💦 that was a very unpleasant experience😭😫💔

The location of the suite is by the river. The suite was well-appointed.
Love the open fireplace. The staff were really friendly and helpful at all times.
We like the idea that the venue was only an hour away from home.
There were no towels in the room, and we had to call reception to have them sent. It took a while .. And this was only after my partner had already stepped out of the shower when we noticed. Not good at all.
The dinner was atrocious. We ordered Battered Fish and Chips... What arrived as unbattered, overcooked and tasteless. Not good at all. Very disappointed. The admin was bad. I paid for the dinner and two bottles of wine and added a generous tip. Yet on checking out, I was presented with another bill for the dinner. I produced my credit card slips from the dinner, and hopefully it will be sorted out. Sadly, for a 4-star resort, the food and the admin let them down badly.

Being upgraded to the next room. It had to first cleaned and properly refreshed.
The selected room was dirty (hence the upgrade): floors, glasses, bathroom, and was infested by cockroaches.
