Hotel Neptun Kvariati

Läget vid stranden, fin pool och poolområde. Parkeringsplats i området. Balkongläge mot havet var uppskattat.

Pollbaren var synd att kalla poolbar, kass service, inga priser och såg för tråkig ut. Gick inte att beställa ett glas vin utan man var tvungen att köpa en hel flaska till överpris. Hade varit bättre dom stängde den och så hade man beställt och hämtat dricka från restaurangen. Att man inte kunde boka inkl frukost. Att den vackra vyn av strand och hav från balkongen delvis förstördes av ett fult tak till restaurangen. Det hade man kunnat göra mycket finare. Ex med sten på taket, se förslag i bif bild.

Если знаете, куда едете, вопросов нет никаких, но в целом в квариати нет инфраструктуры. Например, единственный приличный ресторан в округе находится как раз в этом отеле. Альтернативы никакой, к сожалению. Мы жили четыре дня, и было приемлемо. Но скажем две недели тут жить будет очень грустно, питаться негде.

receptionist and new facilities

The main asset of the hotel is the pool, which is quite spaceous and the water gets warmed up, which allows to swim even in colder weather. Another thing is an amazing view from the rooms, however, I bet most houses in Kvariati have a view on the sea.

1. Upon arrival we were made to pay in advance. 2. The girls on the reception made us wear hotel bracelets that we weren't allowed to take off-these bracelets were from such material that once got wet, dried very slowly and it was kinda yucky. They explained to us that the reason they made us wear the bracelets was that some non-hotel residents were trying to use the hotel pool. 3. The hotel itself and the furniture is not new, the room was small. 4. The price didn't include breakfast-there was a restaurant nearby supposedly belonging to the hotel and we were advised to have breakfast there. The prices however were ridiculously high-for instance, for 1 cup of coffee and 1 cup of tea we paid 26 GEL. We tried to dine elsewhere. 5. The room was cleaned once during our stay and the cleaning only meant changing the towels and taking the garbage out. I suppose because we were leaving the next day, they didn't want to bother. 6. On the day of our check-out, an hour earlier, the hotel reception called me and asked, whether we were checking out and whether the plans remained the same. Honestly, that sounded like: check out already guys. To sum up, I don't think the stay was worth the money we paid. If the pool is your priority, go ahead.
