The apartment is in a resort style complex with a pool, tennis court and communal large grassed area
There are 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed
Bedroom 2 Double bed and 1 bunk bed
Maximum of 5 people can be accommodated
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, oven and microwave, there is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
There is a BBQ for your use on the balcony or a resort BBQ by the tennis court.
Bed linen is provided
There is the famous Mollymook golf course and Licensed club just moments walk away
Locally there is an IGA, news agency, cafes and bottle shops
Ulladulla is a short drive away for your grocery shopping, where there is Coles, Woolworths, Aldi etc and Milton has many interesting specialty shops to look around

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay and would recommend to everyone. I loved the unit which was beautifully presented and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. My husband loved being able to just walk to the golf club or surf club for a good meal. My daughter had fun playing pickle ball and tennis with all the equipment provided. My son loved the fact that you could check the surf by just looking out the window and you could leave your surfboards in the lock up garage.

Owner managed & seamless booking for this fantastic apartment. Location is perfect. The apartment was impeccably clean. Clever artworks dotted throughout.
Beautiful living & dining that spills onto a sizeable verandah.
Consider it is on the 3rd floor with only stair access.
Highly recommend.
