Vom Balkon im 2. Stock hatte man einen herrlichen Blich auf den Bodensee. Der zwischen Couch und Esstisch hängend angebrachte Fernseher ließ sich beliebig drehen. Der Weg zum morgendlichen Bad im See war kurz.

Vor allem für die Einwohner von Hagnau ist der sehr starke Verkehr auf der durch den Ort führenden Bundesstraße belastend. In der Wohnung hat der Vekehrslärm kaum gestört.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schmuck eingerichtet, der Balkon ist mit Seesicht, eine Wohltat für die Sinne :-) das Badezimmer ist geräumig und mit einem Dachfenster mit Sicht auf die Rebberge ausgestattet, da kommt Ferienstimmung auf :-)

Die Liegenschaft befindet sich direkt an einer stark frequentierter Hauptstrasse. Das Badezimmer hat keine Türe, es ist zum Schlafzimmer hin offen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche war gut gestaltet auch der Balkon war gut

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der sehr stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, viel lauter Auto Lärm den ganzen Tag von Vormittag 6 Uhr bis in die Nacht. Erholsamer Schlaf war wegen dem Autolärm nicht möglich.
