staff were amazing. Kristi, the reservations manager was so easy to deal with before our arrival, taking care of our visas. All emails were answered promptly. Staff called us by our names which was a wonderful personal approach and much appreciated.
Meal service at breakfast and dinner was a little slow. Staff were excellent in the Grill, Bar and Dining room. Great choices in all menus.

Second weekend in a row staying at this amazing resort. I tried more items off the menu and nothing disappointed. Even though it was a busier weekend than last, the staff were as attentive as ever. I tried the paddle courts for the first time and I am addicted. My 13 year old son travelled with me this time and he was addressed by his name and he is already planning our next visit.
Honestly.....that I had to leave.

From the second we walked into The Sanchaya we felt like we were the only guests who mattered. A private tour of all aspects of the resort followed by exceptional service at the bar and a swim in the pool was just the start of an amazing stay. Every time I ate at the restaurant I tried something new and nothing disappointed.
I got bitten by a nasty mosquito, but I don't think you can do anything about that. And the choice of wine by the glass. But that is personal taste.
