Clean modern
Lifts don’t work for those on 2nd floor. Which when you have luggage ski gear etc is a pain. TVs stopped working. Internet WiFi went down for days.

Handiness to slopes.
Great spar shop (expensive) but well stocked.
Staff were helpful. Spa facilities were great!
Apartment was lovely and warm and very well equipped.

We had a lovely stay. Apartment is very comfortable. Ski in and out was great.
The only 2 things I found as a negative was the lack of an oven. There is a combi microwave but it's not great. And...
It would be nice to have an option to have or not have feather pillows because for people with allergies it's not good.

Amazing location and perfecltly equipped appartment. Directly on the ski sloopes it made our ski holiday at top levels. Very comfortable the services as the free spa and swimming pool which regenerate the body after a day of ski. Ski shop and supermarket just at the exit of the hotel door! Wonderful vacation!
The moquette by definition is not a clean environment and unfortunately this was the only negative point we could have marked.

We really liked the ski in and ski out ease of access to the slopes. The Helios Ski Shop and staff were very helpful. The balcony and views were great. Very clean apartment on arrival, but fully self service for the duration of the stay. Spar is so convenient as you will need literally everything in the apartment/ chalet, they only leave 2 capsules for coffee and no water. However, amazing views from the chalet.
We arrived late, the checkin attendant (David) was very helpful on arrival with his overview of the property and the friendly guest service and manner.
Room was a little small there was 3 of us and if there was a 4th it would have been cramped. There should be some starter amenities available in the room if you arrive late and spar is closed. Even water would be helpful.

ESF, Spa, Supermarket, ski in ski out, underground parking
The pool is very cold, the ski locker is broken and the ski boot heater in the locker never worked, kitchen light broken, fridge light broken, bedroom radiator is not working and the requested extra cover never came so had to sleep with ski jacket on. The football table is broken and reception never refunded the €2 they promised, Room 405 is small 2 bedrooms and is overcrowded with furnitures taking up essential space needed for a family of 5 people.

Spacious and good location on the piste. Very convenient to have the supermarket downstairs. I also like the shuttle bus to the resort centre.
My freezer door and bin lid were broken, but it did not negatively affect my experience in a significant way.

Outdoor Hot tub been cold every time we’ve been. Same temp as pool last 3 times we’ve stayed.

Lovely place, The 2 staff members who met us were fabulous. Really helpful, professional and friendly. We manages to get this place only the day before arrival( in August) and the young man on reception even managed to get us a 2 bed instead of 1 bedroom, and with a mountain view. The apartment is well stocked for all needs in the kitchen
The spa , pool, hot tub are all lovely. Its very clean and well maintained
The lounge is great for games, and general socialising
There could have been a few more coffee pods, but able to buy some at reception.
The only shop is Spa which has limited opening times.
They could help a bit more with advertising local eateries and the lift access to the area where there are restaurants( we found it by accident after a bit of a windy 3k walk)
Nothing else was at all negative, it is great

Hotel is decent, nice staff, you can order some bakery breakfast from reception the previous day. It's got a supermarket right next to the hotel (very convenient). It's quiet and we had an astonishing view of the mountain from the windows.
A bit far from restaurants and the Spar in the hotel had fewer items than the one in the city so wholemeal products were limited close to none.
In general we found the restaurants a bit lacking in basic options like salads or convenient and healthy stuff for the kids. Food scene is a bit poor for the whole resort. for example, the closest restaurant in the next Pierre&Vacances has like 4 items in the menu - you better like them hah. And they are quite inflexible in doing something on request.

End of March skiing, still loads of snow. Family of 3 kids. The ski school is right outside the door, along with the ski rental, supermarket, ski lockers and ski school office. Staff were fab and extremely helpful 👌 Beds were extremely comfortable, our 2 bed apartment was cozy but had all facilities we needed for a self catering break. The scenery was 2nd to none.
We could watch the toddlers ski school on the slopes from our balcony and listened to the instructors singing to the toddlers to make it fun.
We could order fresh bakery for the next morning. Spotless pool, sauna, steam room and an outside jacuzzi.
We used the lobby in the evening with the kids for pool and card games.
We would recommend it for a beginners/ intermediate ski break.
We arrived at the apartments after a morning flight and missed the supermarket closing time at 12.30pm. No restaurant on site, so we took the free bus to Flaine for food.
Not a negative, just a note!

We had a great two bed apartment with mountain views. Lots of space to relax after skiing
Check in is horrendous but expected when a complex does mainly Saturday changeovers. Just get there late in the afternoon is the best advice

Comfortable and warm and clean and well kitted out.
We were could have used an oven rather than microwave. It would have been nice if the fire in reception was lit. Couldn’t understand why it was never lit. The cafe on site was never open. For non skiers it would be nice to get a coffee.

Great place to stay in family (if you have a good room with a view)
The pool was full of kids playing around and making noise. I thought we would be in a nice quiet spa.
We payed to have the “mountain view” and the reality was that our view was to a construction site for a new hotel that is being build.
We stayed 10 nights and I asked several times to change to another room. It was told that there were no rooms available

Awesome property great location and super friendly staff.
Master bedroom tad small but very comfortable.

The pool. The ordering of breakfast croissants.
1. The fact that although the resort was open the free bus service the hotel advertised was not running the week we were there! So we had long walks at the start and end of each day.
2. The restaurant was not open - except for one evening event.
3. The spar shop on site was not open, so buying food involved a long walk down to Flaine Forum - as Flaine Foret was only open in the morning.

Great ski-in and out facilities; comfortable rooms; nice restaurant on-site. Close enough to walk in to main part of Flaine and free courtesy shuttle to avoid the uphill walk back. Two bed apartment was ample room for our family of 5 (3 teenage boys). Easter offered great value compared to other peak ski periods.
On-site parking is expensive at €18 euros per night; Spa is well kept but gets very busy at peak times (16:00-18:00 but we were there during Easter holiday period).
10.0 / 10.0
A good sized apartment, close to the access to the pistes, a well stocked Spar, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room & pool.
The apartment layout wasted space, and the kitchen area was poorly laid out but if you only want one cook at a time it works well.

no oven !!!

The spa area is beautiful, relaxing and offers excellent massage. It is restricted to adults although it is possible to get a parent child massage package which is very nice.
The pool and the hot tub are too cold for my taste but the children liked it.
It is very convenient to have everything in the same complex: a little supermarket, the ski shop, restaurant, and bread delivery in the morning. The apartments are nice and very functional.
The ski storage room is far too cramped. It has benches to sit on, but if you do they block the way for people trying to pass. Best option is to try and come when no one else is there, but that might be difficult if you have to get your child ready for the ski school.
8.0 / 10.0
The apartments are a bit smaller than they seem on the pictures. The drive up is a mountain road with so many steep turns (~20minutes to a normal road), that it is very uncomfortable to drive up and down to go to town and back every day even for people who are used to mountain roads. I would recommend this hotel only to those who ski.
Staff is very nice and helpful!
The store is a definite advantage at a location like that.
