Idyllic villa Marieta with private pool, unforgettable view and free parking

Great villa, and really great owner. The view from balconies ( there are two of them) or from the pool/BBQ zone is charming. Very quiet neighbourhood, so if You want to chill after the night party or just enjoy the silence, it’s the best option. The owner is very helpful, if You have any questions, just send him a text message, and he will provide You any assistance needed. The villa is situated in the hills, so the view, especially after dawn is great. Great view (and smell) of olive trees is rushing into villa whenever You open the balconies. The villa has two AC, so it’s great to keep the comfort temperature inside. Villa have a BBQ zone by the pool, so if You’d like to purchase local sea-gifts from fishermen or meat, it’s a great advantage to do some cookin’ while the family is chillin’ Really great place, great people, and quality of products and service.

La maison est située dans les hauteurs de Makarska offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer et offrant chaque jour un superbe lever et coucher de soleil. La piscine bien que petite est très agréable et bien suivie au niveau de la qualité de l'eau. La cuisine extérieure est idéale pour profiter du soleil, de la vue et de l'extérieur. L'emplacement voiture ombragée est appréciable. Il est important de préciser que la maison comporte de nombreux escaliers. Cela peut être compliqué pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer.

Afin de rester conforme aux photos, la maison a besoin de rénovation et réparations de manière générale mais tout particulièrement au niveau de la cuisine extérieure. Il est nécessaire de se déplacer en voiture pour se rendre au centre. Pas de parking gratuit. Le coût des parkings est élevé. Il faut faut compter en moyenne 3€ de l'heure.

De faciliteiten waren top! We hebben lekker kunnen BBQen, zwemmen en kunnen genieten van de zon. De host gaf tips waar naartoe te gaan en reageerde snel op vragen. Topervaring gehad!

Great location and a beautiful villa. Best to hire a car if you don't like to walk. A walk to the beach is about 15 mins but coming back there is a hill which can get steep

Would be better if the host had an easier way to pay such as via Booking or via Revolut.
