About this house rental
The Villa Des Riac is located by the sea, it consists of the villa of Sylvie and Maurice the owners, as well as two cottages, the Ocean and the Hibiscus. The property is fully enclosed, we are lucky to have a small beach in front of the villa and especially a natural pool in the middle of the coral and fish, ideal for children because there is only about 70cm deep. Between June and November depending on the temperature of the ocean the whales migrate to the south pacific, from our positioning we are in a place where many whales rest with their calves after giving birth, it is simply magic.
The Villa is located just 15 minutes from the ferry terminal, 15 minutes from Maharepa small village with all amenities, doctors, post office, supermarket, restaurants etc ... for golf lovers we are 5 minutes from one the most beautiful French golf, we are located 800 meters from the most beautiful beach of Moorea.

Property is very clean and has a really good setup. The neighborhood is very quiet. The beach is close to walk to and sit in. There isn't great swimming right here close but the public beach about 3 minutes away is one of the best on the island for snorkeling. Highly recommend!! Maurice and Silvie and Awesome hosts!

The property had 2 Villas as well as the host's home. We stayed in the 2 bedroom. The other one had a bedroom and loft. The grounds were very well kept and quick 1min walk to the beach. Our host Maurice was great. Answered all our questions promptly. The property is gated and we had our own keys to access in and out. Definately would recommend a stay here if you have a car in Moorea. Its close to Temae beach, best snorkeling beach in Moorea.
