Mas dels Estellers

L'appartement était très beau, spacieux, fonctionnel, confortable avec la clim appréciable en ce mois d'août caniculaire (une clim très discrète). Tout est fourni (draps, serviettes, gel douche, papier toilette, torchon, kit ménage...). Les parties communes et les extérieurs sont magnifiques ! Un parking suffisamment spacieux est à disposition au pied du bâtiment. Le village est très joli, il est accessible à pied, à proximité immédiate des logements. Il y a une épicerie très pratique et d'autres commerces (pharmacie, restaurant,...) que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester. L'emplacement est idéal pour être au calme loin des zones touristiques mais avoir Peniscola, Morella, le lac d'Ulldecona etc... à environ une demi heure de route. Le personnel était aux petits soins, ils ont même organisé un événement sur la terrasse du toit pour voir l'éclipse, avec rafraîchissements et lunettes fournies, vraiment une belle surprise !

S'il fallait trouver un petit défaut je dirais que la cuisine manque d'équipements, il y a vraiment le strict minimum... Et la chambre à 2 lits était un peu petite mais ce n'est pas très important vu qu'on y a passé peu de temps !

Our host Vicky was lovely, met us upon arrival even though our flight was delayed. The location was easy to find with plenty of free parking. We really enjoyed the cool air conditioning, was fantastic opening the door after a hot day out. Bed was clean and comfy. Shower worked as it should. There is a small washing machine so take a little detergent. Loved sitting in the jacuzzi with a cold drink , we even used it early morning and late at night . Absolutely loved how one of the doors leading into the town was literally metres away from the main square... We were lucky enough to arrive during a local craft event, was fantastic just nipping straight into the action. We visited a small bar regularly in the square where they also served food. If you are self catering then there are a few little shops in town, the prices are very similar to the prices that Lidl charges we found. There are some brilliant walks starting from the town square, as short or long as you want, we really enjoyed doing them earlier in the day. We had hired a car so visited several towns located within a short distance, some of these towns were incredible, castles, castle walls, narrow streets, markets , really really impressed. The nearest beach was about 15+ minutes away, very easy and free to park in most of the coastal towns ( apart from Peniscola ), this town was always busy and unless you were lucky you will have to pay around 6:50 Euro for the whole day. On departure day we were in no rush as we had until 12 to vacate the room. Really enjoyed our time.

No balcony to sit out, this was the biggest thing for us, the balcony you get is like a big window sill, you can open the shutters and window but can't sit out at all. Could do with a peeler for veg. The cups in our room were for the traditional coffee in Spain, tiny so could do with a bigger cup. There's no swimming pool but that's clearly stated. Very minor things really.

L'emplacement correspondait à ce que nous recherchions, la Bâtisse est très jolie, le logement est très spacieux, et le calme est bien présent.
