The location is convenient for the university but not so convenient for the town. It was a budget choice and I got what I paid for. The bathroom looked to be recently redone and was quite nice.
Floors creak and you are aware of other guests in neighbouring rooms. The entrance is on the left side of the building, even though it looks to be a separate property.

The location was exactly what i wanted and needed. The on-site free parking so close to London was a massive factor in my booking.
Communications from the staff. When we arrived we didnt know what to do. All were were give awa a location, phone number and a code. It turns out the code didnt mean anything as you had to knock on a random, unlabled door in the venue itself. Check out was also not communicated. We just did what we usually do and left the key i the door when we left.
