No hoilet paper, just one Keys for 4 People, remore centrom for air condition didnt work.

Furniture is not new, but in good conditions. All the kitchen utensils are in place.
The apartment is close to following useful locations: city beach (5 min walk), train station (5 min walk), supermarket (15 min walk), fruit market (200 m), city center (2 km).
Bus stop to/from airport is in front of the house. Also pharmacy is on first stage of the house.
Wi-Fi internet is around 7-9 MBit/s download and 0.5-1 Mbit/s upload (with 35ms ping), what is enough for audio calls.

Location is good. Beside beach and shops and local market in Wednesdays.. A great bakery beside the apartment.. Modern apartment and good life especially when taking the trash down. Great amenities in the apartment, iron, hairdryer etc.. Shower gel provided. Nice touch. Good quality furniture. Beach chair was great to have..
No one to meet us. Table cloth was dirty had not been changed. Under the table had cereal spilled when we arrived had not been cleaned. The bathroom press over the sink had mens shaving hairs. I had to clean with anti bacterial wipes. The bath needs a shower curtain as the floor gets dangerously wet. Towels bit worn out. Sofa needs to be wiped we found sand particles on it when arriving.
