We really liked the cleanliness of the apartment when we came. The landlord brought us clean sheets twice in the 12 days we were there and towels 3 times which was above our expectations. There is free parking infront of the builiding.

The apartment is located in the basement of an apartment building which is unproblamatic on its own and actually makes the apartment cooler in the summer heat. There is also enough light and there is quite a big terrace in the front. The only downside to this is there is a loud waterpump in the bathroom that automatically turns on everytime you open the water tap in the kitchen or bathroom or use the toilet (to pump the used water upwards to the main system). This surprised us a little bit as it made noise in the night whenever we went to get some water to drink or to use the toilet. It sometimes woke up our children. We were a bit unsatisfied there was a dishwasher in the kitchen but it didnt work.

Fully equipped, with a separate parking space for the guest. The owner is very kind.

Modern, comfortable apartment with very nice owners. Beach, restaurants in 5 minutes walk. Just perfect for us!
