Loved my stay here. Staff is amazing and the location is excellent. Would recommend!

Only thing is cleaning standards are different. But I guess that is normal during traveling.

The hospitality is the best, very helping nature & always available!! A bagpacker would definitely love this place.

After getting down from A21 bus, little difficult to find the building but looks like entire hong kong seems little confusing as every building s tall enuf to get u confused. Overall fun exp & this type of exp every1 should have in their life atleast once as u get to meet new people & intractable wit them!!

Awesome location. Steps from Kowloon park, subway, the water front, museum of modern art, walking street with lots of restaurants and more.

There was poo crusted to the toilet paper holder, my bedroom door had a broken lock which I doubt will be fixed anytime soon. The staff were non existent which meant guests ended up doing the job of front desk staff by letting people in and explaining the check in procedure, and showing them to their room. Towel rental was an additional cost. There were signs everywhere saying what you couldn't do. Overall the tone set by the owners wasn't good. The price isn't cheap but the service was absolutely bare minimum which doesn't leave a great feeling for guests.
