About this apartment rental
Our small 30 m2 apartment is located in the ground floor basement of our house and has a separate entrance.
Public transport can be reached in a minute, hikes start right outside the front door or are within a few minutes drive, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores are nearby.
The ski run of the Bödele ski area is right outside the front door, after an eventful day of skiing you can drive directly to the front door. The bus stop in the skiing and hiking areas Mellau / Damüls, Warth / Lech etc. is located 40 meters from the front door.
The apartment consists of two rooms (bedroom and kitchen) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet.
The first room, which you enter through an entrance through the garage, has a small kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, worktop and cutlery, pots etc. available) as well as a dining table with chairs. The room is not the brightest, as there is (still) a milky window in it, but it serves its purpose more than. We have no sink in the kitchen area, but the sink can be used in the bathroom.
The main room has a large window and is in sunny weather from the afternoon to the afternoon sunbeams. The view falls into our fruit and vegetable garden.
Here you have a comfortable bed (140 x 200 cm), sufficient blankets and pillows, a wardrobe and a small fabric couch, which can be pulled apart and used as an extra mattress (120 x 190 cm) - ideal for children. The mattress can also be placed in the next room, creating two separate sleeping areas.
The bathroom is small but nice, has everything you need :-)
Shampoo, soap, towels are available, a hair dryer is available.
Sleeps are for up to 4 adults, but optimally there are 2 people (plus 2 children).
My friend and I made everything in the apartment, Youtube makes it possible, you can see that in places of course, but gives the apartment its certain charm :-)

Es war okay und das Notwendigste vorhanden. Für drei Nächte zu empfehlen.
Leider hatten wir keinen Namen und die HausNr. war sehr schlecht zu finden... ;-)

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich und liegt in einem wunderschönen Ort. In der Umgebung kann man sehr viel machen. Wir haben dort einige erholsame Tage mit Wandern verbracht. Aber auch Kulturelles hat der Ort zu bieten.

Gemütlich hergerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung. Freundliche Gastgeber bei denen man sogar direkt Tandem-Paragliding-Flüge buchen kann. Mehrere Restaurants innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment was very good and it's location was great but I reserved for two adults and child 15 years and there is a small low sofa that fits for max 8 years, so that was the only problem. So it suits for two persons and small child
