Flat extremamente agradável, bem mobiliado, tudo muito organizado e limpo. Completo (roupa de cama, banho e utensílios de um modo geral). O condomínio é excelente, com ótima estrutura (piscinas, horta, animais, campos, parques, programações especiais, recreação), além de ser muito seguro. Ótima escolha!
