About this villa rental
The villa that houses Casa Azzurra and Casa Rossa is located in a very convenient position, right in the center of the island, immediately behind the town on the side of the old prison at the beginning of Via Calamoni.
The two most famous coves of Favignana have inspired the name and the colors of the two independent apartments, Casa Azzurra and Casa Rossa, located respectively on the first floor and on the ground floor of the villa. The houses have an independent entrance and garden.
Each house has a large garden and a gazebo of exclusive competence.
The outdoor spaces have been taken care of by the owners who have very privileged the green spaces equipped with gazebos, deckchairs and comfortable hammocks. The construction of the two gardens is a particularly successful work of a well-known Marsala nurseryman.
Many parts of the furniture are single pieces found at niche fairs and shops.
Domestic hot water is generated in an ecological manner using solar panels.
Summer-winter air-conditioning is guaranteed by a latest generation multi-split inverter system, but its use is necessary sporadically thanks to the presence of a thermal coat that keeps the rooms always fresh.
In winter, hot water radiators and towel warmers are used in bathrooms powered by a latest-generation gas boiler.

Siamo stati benissimo. Cala Rossa è senza altro la spiaggia più bella di Favignana e Casa Rossa è stata dimora di pari livello. Accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità. Da ripetere il prossimo anno...

Dotata di tutti i confort, piacevolissimo stare nel giardino verde, erbe aromatiche a portata di mano, qualche zanzara notturna ma assolutamente irrilevante. Posizionata dietro al paese raggiungibile a piedi, l'intera isola è percorribile in bici ( anche da bambini di 7 e 11 anni )

It's a beautiful villa in a quit area very close tot the centre town with al restaurants, cafe and shops. The vila has al the comfort we need with two small children. We had a very warm welcome from Ana and her husband Domenico. They were available if we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and like to come back. The island is beautiful! Only advice is to bring something for the mosquitoes.
