Atlantic Blue is a stunning custom summer home on PEI’s sought-after north shore, perfect for a relaxing Island getaway. Sleeping 10 guests, it combines spacious, comfortable living with a casual beach vibe. Just a two-minute walk takes you to a private sandy stretch of Penderosa Beach, reserved for this exclusive cottage community.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower, then gather in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Step through French doors to the screened-in porch, ideal for evening cocktails or card games. End your night on the deck around the custom fire pit roasting marshmallows and enjoying the sunset.
The main floor includes a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out trundle, plus a half bath with laundry. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, private balcony overlooking the water, ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms sleep guests comfortably: one with a queen bed and water views, the other with a double bed, single bunk, and a trundle, perfect for kids with space to play and watch TV. A full bathroom with double sinks completes the upper level.
Nearby attractions include Malpeque Bay’s famous oysters, Basin View Seafood, family-friendly Cabot Beach Provincial Park, kayaking tours, Cavendish and the Green Gables Shore are just a 20-minute scenic drive away.

We loved our stay at Atlantic Blue chalet. The location is ideal for warm beach days and there so great options for PEI dinning close by. The chalet was comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful view from the upstairs balcony. We would go back in a heart beat! Thank you.

From the moment we arrived everything was wonderful. Very clean,beautiful accommodations, kitchen was well stocked and really enjoyed the inside porch as well as the outside one. Would highly recommend.
