Staff was very serviceable and friendly. Communication was easy and responses to all my questions were quick. The bedroom was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, I could open the window for nice fresh air, the bathroom was clean and very functional. Breakfast was very hearty and delicious, fresh and made with care. Appreciated sitting out in the patio under shady trees. As a solo woman traveller, I felt safe.
pillows could have been more comfortable. I would have appreciated making unlimited drinking water available. They have bottled water for sale, and staff was nice upon arrival to fill my bottle, but that was an exception.

Great place, quiet, clean, comfortable, good hot water and WiFi, breakfast was good too.
There were no supermarkets within walking distance, only very small stores, which was a bit inconvenient but it's easy to take an Uber to other places.

If I'm ever back to Guatemala city this is the hotel I will try to book again. Close to the airport, great breakfast, beds and service. 10-15 min walk to 2 big shopping malls and 10 min walk to strip mall type of place with 6-8 restraunts and great taco place 1 block away
