- very nice reception, plenty of informative booklets - good location, walkable to city center - plenty of shops, restaurants and even phramacy nearby - good public transport connection
- sound isolation is poor, since it's more housing than hotel and our room faced courtyard it was quite loud and hard to rest, neighbours were constantly on phone or watching TV on high volume which we could fully hear in room - we ordered double bed but it was two single beds without proper bed frame and sliding matresses - shower head saw better times, it was spraying everywhere but down, same with sink - dusty furniture, although floors were clean

The rooms are spacy and bright. They sell good Slovak vines. The parking area is safe. two balconys in our room. Breakfast for the price good! The price on the opening weekend for the cultural capital 2026 was okay.
The sound isolation is 80 %. The shower had a low pressure and we had to wait 5 minutes for warm water.
