Great location
Nothing. We had some issues with lights in the BbQ area and the managers were there to help.

The holiday park was right on the water, so lovely to hear the waves at night. A scenic walk to Horseshoe Bay starts from right outside the park which was a nice way to start the day.
We had a cabin which had everything we needed.
The sofa in the cabin wasn't large enough to sit a family of four

Bathroom cramped, but there was a note to say it was going to be upgraded

Location and weather
Luke at reception was really welcoming lovely guy, the chap driving around the resort in a golf cart emptying bins looked like he'd lost the winning lottery ticket over the two days he needs to improve his persona with people seems miserable and rude.
