Excellent location for walking. Did not move the car for 7 days. We stayed in Wrynose Cottage. First appearances we thought that it was rather compact but it was actually fine and had everything you needed. Walking from here is spectacular in all directions.

Was a very good, traditional style house, location was perfect, with a stream in the garden easy hikes nearby and only 25 mins from wast water perfect for paddle boarding
Tight driveway for a big car, but very minor issue having to adjust positioning

Excellent location. Full of character.
I think it is too small for a party of eight. The kitchen and living space is small. The WiFi was intermittent.
