Wygodne łóżko w sypialni, czysta, świeża pościel, czyste, świeże ręczniki, płyn do naczyń w kuchni i ręcznik kuchenny. Duży stół w salonie. Bezpłatny parking tuż przy apartamencie, możliwość odbioru / oddania kluczy ze skrytki.
Słabo wysprzątany i zmęczony już apartament, brudne ściany, brudna kuchnia, słabej jakości i niezbyt czyste naczynia, patelnia, toster nie do użytku, ekspres do kawy nie do użytku, cieknący boiler (ponoć od 5 lat…, zgodnie z rozmową z właścicielem), potrzeba pilnowania cieknącego boilera i opróżniania miseczki na zbierającą się wodą, która kapie częściej jak woda się nagrzewa (w nocy nieznośnie kapała, nie pozwalając spać w salonie), bardzo słabej jakości kanapa w salonie - po rozłożeniu jedna część jest wyżej, druga niżej. Odczuwalna wilgoć w apartamencie podczas deszczowych dni.
