About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a spacious country house "dans la colline", which means in Provence "in the hills, surrounded by nature". It is hard to believe that this privileged, quiet residential area is only 4 km from downtown Cavaillon.
At the same time, you are not too alone here, because your friendly landlords also live in the house. So do not hesitate to contact you if something is not what you want, or if you just need advice and help. Your apartment as well as the outdoor area are well maintained and the furnishings extremely comfortable.
You can expect a pleasant, beautifully landscaped garden with a private, secluded terrace just for you and a swimming pool (10 m x 5 m, depth 2.50 m) with a beautifully furnished pool area. Sun loungers and garden chairs are at your disposal and there is an electric grill.
Your apartment is divided as follows:
You enter the apartment through the shady, pleasant terrace and are immediately in the living room with sofa and armchair, desk, wireless Internet connection and a large flat screen TV. You can almost get into the spacious, well-equipped kitchen (oven, induction plates, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, a small TV). To the right of the living room is the bedroom (double bed 160 cm) with desk and wardrobe. From here you get into the shower room. Furthermore, there is a separate toilet.
The apartment is well maintained, extremely comfortable and very clean.
The washing machine of the homeowner is available on request. You can park your car on the property. All shops are easily accessible in Cavaillon (4 km). A high chair for children can be provided on request. Pets are allowed on request.
