Location was great, good bus route on door step for access to St Ives and other local towns. Great walķs along beach and into Carbis Bay over the headland. Cottage was cosy and well equipped, very clean and comfortable.
Bed was comfortable but only a double, fine for us as we are short and of medium build but for anyone larger this may be a problem. Stairs very steep but to be expected in an old cottage, no good for anyone with mobility issues.

This is a perfect holiday cottage. So stylish and well presented with everything you need. The walk to dog friendly porthkidney sands when the tide is out is spectacular, and catching the train from the end of the road into st ives is a real luxury. This was a real find and we had the best holiday.

This is the cutest cottage. Great location with lelant train station at the bottom of the road. Very convenient location for Carbis bay & St Ives. Very quiet location. Everything you need and very clean. Nice pub on the corner too. Smart tv also that you can log into.
There was nothing to not like about this cottage. Bathroom is downstairs but that did not concern me. Steps upstairs are a little steep but again did not concern me, might be a consideration for others.
