    I recently had a 6-night stay at the AVANI Central Busan Hotel, and overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out as excellent. The front desk staff were consistently friendly, professional, and efficient, making check-in and any requests smooth and stress-free throughout the entire stay. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job—rooms were kept spotless, well-maintained, and consistently comfortable each day I returned. The rooms themselves were clean, modern, and quiet, providing a relaxing space after long days. The bed was comfortable, and the overall condition of the room made it easy to settle in and feel at home over the course of nearly a week. One of the strongest advantages of this hotel is its location right next to the subway. This made getting around Busan extremely convenient, whether for business or exploring different parts of the city. The only slight drawback is that the location feels more business-oriented than vacation-focused. While it is extremely practical and well-connected, travelers looking for a more scenic or tourist-centered atmosphere may find it a bit less ideal for leisure stays. Overall, this is a highly reliable and well-run hotel with excellent service, great cleanliness, and outstanding transport access—especially well-suited for business travel or longer stays where convenience matters most.

    My 2nd time here : for the BTS Arirang Concert and 2026 Festa. Love the staff and love the rooms. I was here also in 2022 for the BTS Yet To Come Concert. Since then, I only choose Avani <3

    I would like to share some feedback on our recent stay at Avani Central Busan from 27–29 March 2026, with the intention of helping improve the overall guest experience. We made our booking well in advance, and it would have been greatly appreciated if the hotel had provided prior notice regarding the lack of air conditioning during our stay. While we understand seasonal adjustments, this information is important for guests to plan accordingly. Although we arrived early, we were aware that standard check-in time still applied. However, this would have been a good opportunity for the staff to inform us about the heating-only air conditioning system in the room. Unfortunately, this was not communicated, which led to some discomfort later on. When we returned to the room after dinner, it was uncomfortably warm. Opening the window did not help much, making it difficult to rest. That said, we appreciate the prompt response from the staff when we contacted reception — a standing fan was quickly provided, which helped alleviate the situation. We were informed that the heating system operates from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next day. However, on our last day, we noticed that the air conditioning was supposed to resume at 9:00 AM, but it was still not functioning by the time we checked out, which was disappointing. Overall, while we appreciate the responsiveness of the staff, clearer communication and better management of room temperature control would significantly improve the guest experience. Totally a different experience from other Avani hotels that we had stayed before.
