The room was spacious and clean.
Our room had no coat hangers at all! We had to make a special request. We received some on the day we requested but the hangers were useless because it required a special hook to use the hangers, which our room did not have. We complained to the receptionist about it in the evening before we went out that evening. He said that previous customers have stolen the coat hangers, which is why our room hasn't got any. When I insisted that we should have at least a few working coat hangers considering the price we paid for the room, the receptionist then said that they would have to go to Kmart to buy some for us. Because it was late and Kmart was closed, we would have to wait until tomorrow to get working coat hangers we requested. That was not good enough as far as we are concerned because housekeeping should have checked and done this before we checked in!!
